Click the "Confirm" button and wait for the amount to be bank-in.

Third-party trading rules

According to the requirements of the United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) of the International Anti-Money Laundering Regulatory and Investigation Agency, financial service institutions shall implement adequate risk control measures to avoid any third-party payments and conduct due diligence on potential business partners before commencing service. Therefore, you can only use the bank account under your name to link your trading account to manage deposits and withdrawals. Any form of third-party deposits and withdrawals will not be accepted.

Charging standards

AC Capital Market does not charge withdrawal fees.

However, your bank may charge a transfer or conversion fee from your bank/institution account, which are independent of AC Capital Market and shall be borne by the client. Therefore, please consider these fees in advance when making small-amount withdrawals or deposits through an international banking institution.

Withdrawal processing

Withdrawal requests received before 1 p.m. GMT will be processed on the same day, while withdrawal requests after 1 p.m. GMT may only be processed on the following business day.

Where appropriate, all withdrawals will be returned via the original funding source. For example, when a deposit is made via a debit/credit card and a subsequent withdrawal request is received, the withdrawal will be processed against the debit/credit card where the funds were initially deposited. PLEASE NOTE: The maximum withdrawal amount for a debit/credit card is equal to the amount received from the debit/credit card. Any withdrawal amount above the deposit will be transferred to the designated bank account with the same name as your trading account.
